GREAT LAKES ANIMAL WELFARE CONFERENCE 2019 SCHOLARSHIP

The 2019 Great Lakes Animal Welfare Conference is the region’s largest annual animal welfare training and networking event, taking place October 21-22 at the Detroit Marriott inside the iconic Renaissance Center in downtown Detroit.

For two days, conference attendees are immersed in sessions, events, and the latest research, theories and program applications. Participants include frontline caregivers, animal fosters, veterinarians, board members, volunteers and more looking to learn and connect with colleagues from across the region.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: Friday, August 23, 2019, at 5:00 p.m ET.  Interested parties should complete the scholarship application below.

QUALIFICATIONS: Staff or volunteer at an animal welfare organization (municipal or nonprofit animal shelter, animal rescue group, animal control agency, or other animal welfare organization) in the Great Lakes region (Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Canada).

SCHOLARSHIP INCLUDES: One full conference registration (including two days of sessions, meals, networking, banquet and trade show).  Hotel accommodations and travel costs are not included.
